The email address you are referring to update is that the one on the LIRA website that is created when you setup your profile?

I believe so, but no completely sure and I have an inquiry into the BOD for confirmation. As soon as I hear, we'll post the info here.
Thanks.

I am just thinking...

I saved a ton of money at this garage sale. I figure I spent $100 and bought used stuff that is new retailing over $800. I mean, that's pretty amazing. Then on top of this. The guy was backing up his merchandise "with if it's not working, let me give you a refund". I don't know too many used stuff I buy, that offers that kind of service.

I just wish there was someway of interpreting that a retailer selling new stuff, is different than a guy who is cleaning out his storage and selling stuff pennies on the dollar.

I am in no way trying to violate "a policy" with my wish list. I am just saying that I think it's pretty clear, that anybody who went to the garage sale, was pretty amazed at the prices.

Several months ago, I was willing to shell out over $800 for a chiller. I was just not happy with it. Now, imagine, I just paid $100 and it was plumbed.

I hope LIRA volunteers keeps up with these special events and keeps us informed. I understand that you guys are overworked and volunteer. It's just that I am so, so happy I went to this garage sale. I am hoping I get notice next year, when Mike wants to clean out his storage area again.

Totally, satisfied customer.

FYI, I am totally not affiliated with this guy. It's just that I saved a ton of money. My own LFS "country critters" with their bad attitude is not winning me over. I now take my business to other LFS. A guy like Mike did me a big favor.

Why am I saying this stuff. Just so, if we have any more garage sale opportunities or other stuff, I stay informed. I was just lucky enough to read the post before it was pulled.

So Admins, thank you for letting me participate in the forum. I just like saving so much "real money".

And Admins, I know that this is your forum with your rules. I want to thank you for letting me chat.
