Polynesian Blue Spot Wrasse??

So Pacific East Aquaculture has a Polynesian Blue Spot Wrasse on their site for sale.
1) This looks similar to a leopard wrasse to me.

2) Does anyone have any experience with this fish in a mixed SPS / LPS / Soft coral reef aquarium?

3) Feeding behavior? Acceptability of frozen foods?

4) Fish compatibility?

Blue spot tamarin - we have one, very league wrasse loves pods no coral picking needs a sand bed - don't ship well and same advance care as any tamarin

Great fish but when large it may eat hermits and snails. I have mine for a few years now and grew it from a baby. They grow large 15" and mine is about 5-6" now.
