polyp and mushroom hitchhiker

My wife and I bought 30 lbs. of live rock from a friend that has a LFS for a great price. His rock is great. We have several mushrooms and polyps that came as hitchhikers. We are trying to feed them using zooplankton. Any suggestions on keeping these guys going? Or if we should. We are new to this...We do have a reef tank. Will these guys take over? We are planning on adding 30 more lbs. of LR tomorrow. Oh...110 gal tank stocked with damsels, clowns, and chromis. If you check out my photo gallery I have uploaded pics of the polyp and mushrooms.

pretty cool incidentals you got there! theyre easy to care for. the mushrooms are actinodiscus sp. or is it discosoma sp.? eaither way they are easy to care for. low to moderate light and low to mederate current as well for the shroom. no direct or intentionall feedings neccesary.
thoes polyps im not sure what they are. just some randome zooanthids probably with the same care regiment as the mushrooms..."easy" i have had polyps that would take offerings of thawed out frozen brize shrimp before, but its unnecesarry. they, along with the mushrooms will survive though photosynthesis, and also by absorbing DOM (dissolved organic matter) directly from the water coulmn. good luck

I dont feed my shrooms or zoa's or any of my corals lol.

The only way they'll take over is if you let them grow forever without ever fragging them. If it gets to be too many frag them.
