Polyp bailout

Anyone knows what can cause polyp bailout with a frogspawn? I have had this frogspawn for a few months... it's happy and has spilt a few new heads. I have reaquascaped about a week ago, the frogspawn has been in a little higher water flow but was still very happy. Well today when I got home one of the heads had bailed out. Looked very happy but was out its shell? Looking for help. Water parameters look good as of two days ago,Calcium was just a little high?

Maybe its from the high cal??? Maybe someone can chime in, but my Cal was 500, and Ive had half my heads bail in the last 2 weeks. Like you said everything else is fine.
One thing I have changed is the flow, maybe your flow is off? Im thinking that what caused my issues.

Thanks, my cal is off.. I plan on doing a water change tomorrow. and i have moved them to lower flow, they seem to be doing fine? im not sure what the deal is? i just hope this dosent affect my pink on pink hammer

I hear you, my torch was looking great, about 11 heads, now like 6. Real bummer, but keep on, keepin' on!

Yes I will...... I believe it could have been the flow. It was in a pretty strong flow, but it was always out like it loved it? But you are correct I have only been doing this for a few months, I will chalk this up to one of many learning curves....
