To my knowledge there is no "reef safe" medication that is considered effective against ich.
I have read no post/thread saying this product is effective ... a quick look at their website says they use a peroxide based product and if my memory is correct there was some experimenting done using somethign similar against amylo with mixed results (killed all the fish at some levels .. was effective against the parasite at other levels). Doesn't sound like something I would ever place in my reef tank. Just my 02
