polypie looking things in refuge

can any one tell me what these clearpolypie looking things are in my refugium. they seem to have a tube about 3 mm in diameter and about 3 cm long then there is a round disc about 1 cm with these tentacle things. Are they good to have or bad to have...

Google feather duster and see if that's what it is. If so they are fine. they may get out of control though.

They are not anchored in the DSB in fact they are anchored on a skimmer, on the wall and in the caulerpa... I have feather dusters in the main tank...
