poop or macroalgae hanging out of Tang? Help!

My blue Tang has macroalgae, or poop that has been hanging out of it for two days. I believe it is macroalgae though. Will it pass or is my fish sick? Please help!

Its most likely feces and should come out on its own.

It probably is feces; I just don't see how it could possibly be whole (undigested) macroalgae.
