poor my clown..need tips

All fishes are good but one.

I bought 2 (approx 2") snowflakes about 2 weeks ago..

it do great until one of clowns starts to swimming slow like old lady, little heavy breath ( not rapid ) , stay in one corner, once a while swimming around the 29g tank and did a little eat.

I do not see any fish attack or anything , no ich visual.

Whats the reason? tips ?

the tank is been running for approx. 2.5 yrs

I have SKimmer 9002 tunze and Hang over glass algae srcubbler that bubbles 24/7

all other fishes do great....this morning one clown seem doing okay now
