Well its been 2 weeks now, colony of 30 polyps down to 10 polyps left. we removed a sundial snail 4 days ago and even after he was gone, 7 more polyps vanished. i dont think its our alk or parameters either , alk has been stable between 10-11 dkh but cal is a bit low right now, wonder if cal would do that?currently at 370-390 and bumping it with the part 2. but its only the zoos being affected.
We did put new bulbs in about 2 weeks prior to the zoos closing and disappearing, took rock out inspected it, cant find any nudis or crabs or anything, so kinda at a lost here.
I know zoos can be tempermental at times, but when a colony is vansihing, has to be something eating them yes?
We did also about same time we changed lights out , put in a phos reactor and dropped phos from .1 to 0 in 4 days. would this have a negative impact as well on the zoos?
