popeye?

I have a dwarf african pgymy angel fish that has a pop eye now,
for the past week, all my other fish in the tank are doing great.
he has been in the tank for at least 5 months now.

All the waters checks are in excellent conditions.
he swims so fast back and forth in and around the rocks could he
have bumped his eye?

What if anything cold I treat the tank with?
tank is full of soft and hard corals, 2 shrimp, hermits, and 7
other small fish that have been in there for the past 3 years.

popeye is usally cause by stress. if you have a QT I would put him there for a while just to let him recover and so he doesn't affect the rest of your fish

If it falls out its not so bad, I see that alot with yellow tangs. They adapt.

I had that happen to my chevron two weeks ago and I let him in the main tank and he's fine now.

It might only be adjustment time that they need.
