Sorry about the quality but he never moves. he sits there filter feeding with his little arms with eyelash like fans. Could it be a Porcelain?

His filter feeding apendages are raised up .... just like a feather duster would do... once something is caught he puts his hands through his mouth to feed... I have a dozen in burgandy and 1 in white...
