I'm about out of ideas. Everything looks OK. Did you try looking for open ports from outside your network? I can't help but think we are missing some piece of information.

Check to make sure that your router does not have remote access checked. It usually uses port 8080. The router may be programmed to over ride any settings.

This is usually located in the admin panel section.

Should be similar to this.

Good call, xcali! I should have keyed in on ClownNut's use of port 8080 myself, knowing that it's often used for that purpose. Doh!
