Poseidon External pumps

I recently ordered a Poseidon PS2 pump from marine depot. I ordered the PS2 becuase it said it was a pressure rated pump in the description on the Marine Depot. After ordering I looked at the performace curve and it looks like the PS1 is Pressure rated and the PS2 is flow rated. Either way, information is wrong on Marine Depots web site. I emailed customer service, and the only response I got was that the PS2 is listed as a pressure rated pump. I don't care what it is listed as, I care what it is, and according to the performance curve it is not, and the PS1 is. Can someone please help me clarify this situation.

All The Poseidon pumps are considered pressure rated pumps. The PS1 is rated for higher pressure then the PS2. Comparable sized flow pumps as a general rule do not pump to much higher then 10-12 feet. Which pump will work best for you will depend on your specific situation. If you can email me the specific details of your set up and what your trying to do, I would be glad to assist you further in choosing the best pump. I hope this clarifies things a little.

I am sorry, I did not realize it, until I started looking into it for you. The flow charts are the old ones and are incorrect. The pumps have been updated and the text on our web site is correct. I am verifying this and will up date the flow charts as soon as I can get the new ones.
