I just wanted to post my experience with Jeremy at PA. I have placed several orders and always have had a good customer service experience. Jeremy was the first rep I had dealings with at PA and now he is the one I always ask for. I had ordered 2 of the AC 14K bulbs and had been on the waiting list. I had e-mailed them a few days ago requesting a phone call when they came in so I could add a few things to the order. I received an e-mail yesterday advising that the bulbs had been shipped without having the other items added. I e-mailed Jeremy with this info and told him the other items that I needed. He contacted me today with an apology and letting me know that the other items had been shipped with corresponding adjustment in the shipping charges. Excellent customer service as always.
