Positive ID dead mantis

Hi all,

This is my first post on RC, but I am reading since about a year now. I am from holland, so excuse me if my english isn't that good..

I had a mantis in my tank, and been chasing it for over 6 months now.
Yesterday I found it, stuck in my pump... dead..
I have a nice home set up for him, but unfortunatelly I have to find another mantis now...

I think mine was a Neogonodactylus curacaoensis, but I am not sure, because on Roy's list (very good list!!) it says it has white meral spots, but mine has purple with a white circle around it.

Someone can tell me what species it was?
