possible bacterial infection, HELP!

I have a naso tang that I think has a bacterial infection. He has popeyes as well as fin rot. Does anyone have a recomendation? This happened while I was on vacation when the temp rose in my tank. I lost several coral as well as another tang. The other fish was bloated as well as showing discoloration on his body. It was almost like he lost his slime coat. I have the naso in QT now.
I was thinking about Mayacin 2. Also, for recomendations where to get the meds. I stopped into the vet on the base and they would not prescribe anything without seeing the animal. They weren't even aware that you could medicate fish. Some Vet the Gov't has working for them.

Maracyn-Two at double dose for at least 7 days is one good choice. Best to change some water each day before adding the next dose. Do you have a cycled Qtank? Nitrofurazone and Furanase are also good. Keep the lights dim. Sometimes bacterial infections start with parasites so look for that.
