Possible bleaching?

Hi all,

I got a GBTA a week or so ago and it's appeared to be doing well. However, I noticed today it seemed a little paler than usual. I have some current water parameters soon but here are some pictures. I'm slightly concerned because I added a second RBTA and don't want it to reach the same fate (assuming it is bleaching). I also am attempting a small refugium in the center chamber of my nano cube (29 gal). I have a media sponge on top of chaeto on top of carbon. Always open to suggestions and help. Thanks in advance.

pH is looking to be around 8 - 8.1, ammonia = 0 ppm, nitrite = 0 ppm, and nitrate = 5 to 7 ppm. Also, the nano cube is a quad so it has compact fluorescents but I've added two tru lumen LEDS in the front of the hood (however, I'm not sure how much of the LED light is reaching the anemone in the rear of the tank. Maybe the compact fluorescent isn't enough lighting (I was thinking if it needed more light it would move around and search for it) or maybe this is a healthy "saturation" for a GBTA.
