Possible flukes?

I got this fuzzy lion in my QT, I picked him up this Wednesday. Around Thursday night he started to breathe like this:

I checked the water, ammonia/trite both zero, trate less than 5. SG is 1.021.
I just dosed PraziPro, but have never used it before. How long should it take to see results (if he does have flukes)?

While this is the right place to post about disease, you might try posting in the Fish Only and Aggressive forum as there are a couple of people (particularly Frank and Greg) with extensive lionfish experience. Good luck.

My prazipro bottle says 8 days, but I have read here that 10-12 is better. I'm a newbie so I don't have personal experience. Pretty fish!
