Possible ICH

My royal grammar had spots on it yesterday. Then today they are gone. I have begun setting up a hospital tank just in case but wanted to confirm with the more experienced refers that it was indeed ich. I have attached a pic for reference.

That picture would lead me to believe that it is indeed ich. It is difficult to say for sure, but I would treat it. If you have other fish in the tank, you will need to treat all of them and leave the tank fallow (no fish) for at least 72 days, otherwise the ich will return.

Unfortunately, I agree with this.

Have you recently added anything to your tank at all? any changes to your tank that could have stressed the fish?
