Possible predator?

Last night I noticed a huge gash down the side of my anthias, and today he was dead. Should I be looking out for some big bad worm in the tank? Havent had any other fish losses in a long time (other than jumpers), but anthias do sleep tucked into the rocks, so it would make for an easy target for a rock-dwelling worm.

May have possibly scratched itself pretty bad and then it was too much too quick.

Yellow Tang... only fish in the tank that could do that much damage but I never saw aggression between them. Always a possibility, though.

That would sit better with me than some big bad creepy crawler lurking in the darkness
