No nothing in the past few months. Anemone has been in there for about six months and clowns in there for a year.

Looks more like brook. Do you think you could have cross-contaminated between display and qt? What is going on in qt?

Chances are slim. Pair of lineatus wrasse have been in QT going on 8 weeks now. They haven't shown any sign of disease at all.

If nothing was added recently, no water enter the tank from another tank, then It cannot be Velvet or Brook. Just from picture, but the fish seem to be comfortable. Fins are not folding. They seem fine other than the marks.
Are the clowns breathing hard?
It is possible that they was injured, got stung by a coral or even anemone?

Well it has to be something. It lives in the mag that is in the tank with the other clown. I added a fish a few months ago but nothing recently like in the past month or so. I don't have any idea what it could be, what caused it, or how to treat it.

This ^ is what I am leaning towards as well. If no parasite entered the tank, it seems to be the only option. Maybe there are aiptasia in the tank, mushrooms, other hitchhikers.... If the clown is alive after 3 days of manifesting the symptoms pictured in your thread, it is not brook.
