Possibly relocating to Tampa

Ok, now this is happening for sure.

How is the commute from Largo/Clearwell to Tampa? I see that you either take 60 or 275 to cross the bay.

Traffic is pretty bad during normal work hours. It really depends on when you go to work. Best thing to do is hop on google maps and do the navigation feature at the times when you'll work. That'll give you a rough idea on drive time from any particular area. Just keep in mind that there are wrecks almost everyday and they can be a wildcard that keeps you on the road for an hour or more Conservatively, if you're headed to downtown or close I'd imagine it's 45min+

I just drove across 60 from the airport to the coast (ft Harrison ave) yesterday around 6:30 PM. Took 25 minutes.

Caveats: it's a holiday weekend. Friday and Monday are not good measures of drive times.

I hope this helps. Just my two cents. I have lived here ten years now and love it. However, be aware of train tracks around you, plenty of trains come through here all day. Also, avoid the city of Tampa perse. It is very densely populated and noisy.
