Possibly spas spreading

Does any have a clue what that clear coral with a vine looking stem under my live rock might be. I have a zoa frag above it.

I believe thats a very young feather duster. Ive had similar looking things in my tank and they colored up to resemble the typical brown/white striped feathers.
