Here is mine at 2 weeks starting to get a little hair alge hope the new skimmer helps out. I don't have any Rock in there yet because im wait for just the right stuff i want tonga branch. Im lookin for just tonga base rock though. Any one know where i could get some??? It has 250 watts of mh and 130 watts of pc. I didn't think i was going to have a cycle because i moved most of the sand out of my old tank and about 15 gallons of the water but i guess not lol

slowly addign SPS, my MJ mod for flow SUCKS THE BIG ONE

Very nice start easye123. Looks kind of ghetto and I don't think that fish stand looks too safe, careful it might collapse.

Hey what do you do if you pump kicks off???? Isn't the sump already full it doesn't look like it can hold any more water??

i second them, change the stand and take a few gallons out of water of the sump, you loose power it will overflow

1. Looks like he cant take water out of the sump because of his baffle design. He needs to lower his top baffles.

2. those "metro" wire shelving are incredibly strong. Better than you might think.


Overall.......a nice tank set up

ya the stand is a lot stronger than ya might thing ..... so yall think to take about how many gallons out of the sump to make the overflow not overflood? and hey how is the css 65?
