Check out the Semilarvatus and Achilles Primer. I've commented a ton on this topic before.

On co-existence, much of the peace and love, IMO, has to do with the fact that the big one is so much bigger than the other three. Also, the other three were added at the same time. The only bit of aggression I do get is from #3 & #4 when they do their chase each others' tails in a circle routine. Other than that they are fine.
