Post your single most incredible macro!

Well since I don't have the camera (or the tank) to take my own macros, I want to see yours! Post a single macro image that you're particularly proud of, the better the pictures, the easier it'll be for me to justify spending $1,000+ on a camera to my lady :thumbsup:

So hard to choose!
not a best picture but from camera I currently own
can we change limit to 3? :p

"Incredible" is not the word i would use, but i count the one below as successful one.

Not sure if these qualify for a "macro" since I don't have a macro lens....

And the release of the eggs,

To the OP, you don't need to spend $1000 on the camera. You can pick up a nice used body and a good macro lens for less than that.

And great shots everyone!

:eek2::thumbsup: WOW! Great shot....

I guess it depends what makes an image "incredible". I really like this one, just because it's almost impossible to get a shot of a humu triggerfish sitting still and be this close and in focus ;) I've never before seen a picture of a humu's teeth until I took this.

lol...no just a Canon Rebel XT and a macro lens. I shot it on a black piece of acrylic which gave it the look of total blackness in the background. I've taken close to 10,000 pics of my corals and have kept about 100 of them...ha ha. Just got lucky on this one.

Macro time-lapse count?(I cant really pick a favorite out of the ton of macros I have)
