Posting Images to RC from a photobucket account?

Anyone know how to do this? I've already uploaded images to the photobucket account, but now I'm stuck .

First is the http
Then the tag
The third is the IMG

Copy and Paste the entire IMG field into the message. It will be {IMG......IMG}
