Not looking too good, got him out of DT, did fresh water dip. Then did formalin bath. Survived both but looks to be in bad shape. Would be surprised if he survived the day. Just laying on the bottom. Thanks for everyones help though.

Did you see any opaque flakes in the bucket/container after either the FW or formalin dip

I was hoping he'd come though, had him in a small bucket with air stone and heater but he didn't make it. I did see a couple of very small brown flakes. I think they were brown too small to really see. I'm not sure if they came off the fish or were already in the water or bucket. I keep one and am going to take a look under a microscope. Just hoping that I don't get an outbreak in my DT. Fingers crossed.

PS if they were flukes, what do you think the chances would be that my other fish would get them??

Sorry he didn't make it. As far as other fish getting infested "if it was flukes" is one I can't answer for ya however I will tell ya every coral beauty I've ever seen has had ick so as far as angels go try picking an angel that is more easy to care for and treat it with cu and prazi regardless. Good luck
