I came home to my powder blue tang acting rather strange. He isn't eating, he's hiding a lot and he's twitching when he swims.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Twitching is usually a sign of flukes. A freshwater dip may help if you can catch him. Prazipro works too for flukes. Some say it's reef safe... I've never personally used it in a reef.

Tank size? History of fish?

Yeah, we'll need the info snorvich asked for..

Some sort of parasite is most likely. You'll need to look closely and give a description of anything unusual. There are a lot it could be and there are different treatments for different things. With the info you give us we might be able to narrow down what it could be.
