Powder blue Tang not eating.

Steve, to keep it simple and not get off topic or come off as rude I will just answer your initial question. Your best bet to fix the issue you are having is either get rid of the fish and get something better fitting to your sized system or triple the size of the tank you have. FWIW my lfs has a 6x3x3 450g tank with a powder blue and it moved tail twice and is across the tank and has to turn around. There is no way that fish should be in your tank, much less any tang.
The most probable outcome of your situation is that the powder blue will stay stressed and under fed, which will be followed by ich, and more than likely the fish dying.

I do appreciate what you're saying, I really do, but after successfully keeping and having thrive and complete harmony a regal and a sailfin in a 120L tank previously for three years before breaking it all down to move, its hard for me to chew when people give the answer to almost every question... 'tank is too small'. I do appreciate you commenting though.

I have seen someone keep a blue hippo in a 40B as well for four years now. It was 3" at purchase and 3" now... I'll leave it alone but I think you get what I'm saying. I wish you the best of luck.

Cheers mate. I was hoping I'd stop getting that comment once I'd quadrupole the size of my tank but still getting it. How bloody big to I need to go. It's already taken over my dining room! Lol.

In the wild, a pair of powder blues can be king and queen of an entire reef! That's how much they swim and they don't like being confined to small spaces. Pretend now that you are placing your tank in the ocean on a reef. How much space do you think your tank will take up on that reef? It won't be much at all.
Anything you add to your aquarium, in my opinion, should be the last place it's added. It should be the forever home. Saying that you will rehome it if it shows any signs of stress doesn't make you responsible. The responsible thing would have been to not add the powder blue or naso in the first place.
The thing about keeping any animal is that you have to consider their health. They shouldn't just be gimmicks that a person is keeping because they're pretty or rare or whatever other reasons there are. What you did with the regal and sailfin in such a small tank might seem like an accomplishment to you, but it wasn't healthy for the fish. You say you kept them for three years? I imagine they were small since the tank was small. Those fish could easily live for 10+ years.

Please reconsider returning the powder blue tang and the naso tang.
