Powder Blue Tang Ok?

Does my tang look ok? I just got him 3 days ago, the next morning, he had a bite like looking damage on his right side which you can see in the pic, and just this morning I noticed the same side of his body seems to be 2 toned in color. Those spots you see are not ich but just algae on my glass. Shouldn't the damage be getting better by now?

What do you guys think?

Really hard to tell from the picture. Is the mark you're referring to on the black portion of his head? Is there any redness around the area?

Can't really tell what is spots on fish and what are spots on the glass.
