I've read on some sites that they might nibble. Has anyone had any problems with this? How hard is it to keep an PBT?

If you mean they may nibble on corals, then yes. I had one that took a liking to my Devil's Hand leather coral.
As far as keeping one, they are on-par with an Achilles tang, IMO. (Meaning that you better know what you are doing) They are extremely prone to ich. But if you can get one eating and past the ich phase, they are a great fish. They can be aggressive as well, like most tangs.
Also, they need a pretty good sized tank...

If you don't read that, then you are not seriously considering keeping this fish.
