Powder Blue Tang?

Is a powder blue with a solid black nose difficult to come by? Most of the pbt I come across has a lighter black color on the nose especially towards the front area of the nose. Will the nose become darker as they get bigger?

I think the black area seems lighter on fish that are stressed or unhealthy

The front of the face is always slightly less dark.

Does the PBT from different region differ in coloration like some other fish? Also some seems to be longer shaped and others are more rounded.
