Powder brown tang has ich?

The looks my baby powder brown tang has ich. I do not have a Q.T. and am not too familiar with the treatment and does it spread to other fish? Any advice would be great. It has white spots on it's fins and sides. Eyes look clear though. Seems to be swimming and eating fine.
