Powdery looking butterfly Ich? Or?

Someone gave me a few fish and I really wish I examined them better but they were in his tank 5 years. The Kleins Butterfly looks like it rolled in flour, not what I have ever seen from ich, much smaller spots. None of the other fish have it. I would think if it was that infected, the other fish would have it. I do have a fine sand bed and wonder if Kleins butterflies have a tendancy to roll around in the sand? Any ides?

Mainly just wondering if marine ich is finer than the freshwater ich that I have had in the past. This is all over him and is super small- finer than salt. or does it sound like something else? I could take a pic tomorrow- He's in hiding from the net. I'm not sure if a pic would have enough detail anyway

I should add, he is behaving normally. No scraping, no gulping for air just grazing and eating normally. Hes even too fast for me to catch him. I had a fish one time that "kind" of looked like this for a short time but it dissppeared and I figured it was just sand stuck to him. This has been on him longer. midnight and wondering if I go code red and tear apart my 125 and put all the fish in another tank or watch for a day.
