Power bar question

What is the difference between the standard 6 outlet power bar and the 6 outlet PAB power bar other than 40 bucks? Thanks.

My understanding is that the PAB allows you to monitor "AMPS" across the powerbar.

Thanks. That was my understanding as well. Just seems like a big price to pay for that ability.

There is more to that than just amps, the pab power bar has PAB connectivity, it uses the bus system, as such you can have as many power bars as you like running from the PAB port and also put other PAB devises into the mix.

The cost increase is due to the added technology incorporated, this includes the AMP monitoring abilities that is not exactly a cheap add on.
