Power Compacts not coming on???

In my 48" MH fixture, there are 4 seperate 36w PC actinics. One of the PC bulbs doesn't turn on. They just constantly blink like it's trying to come one, but never does...

When I get a chance, Im going to try to swap a known working bulb in to that position, but if it doesn't work... where can I get a new capacitor?

How would I know if there's a specific spec I'm looking for or all of them the same?

I had a similar problem and had to replace the ballast. Contact Hellolights.com they were very helpfull and carry about anything you would need in lighting.
