Power Efficency Question???

I am thinking of upgrading my lighting from 175 MH to 250MH and going from magnetic ballasts to electronic. Will I save that much on the power bill and what is the most efficient electronic ballast out there? What brand to do guys like?

errr.......... Metal Halide = efficient
