power head covers for SICCE VOYAGER 3?

I've got a large rose and a tiny rainbow BTA that have been in the tank for a week. I'm worried they're not settled and will get into a power head.
Of course I get worried about this a day before I leave out of town for a week...

What is the best go-to for a power head cover? I've checked out my power heads, SICCE VOYAGER 3 which dont have exposed fan blades and are pretty well covered already. Do you think these will be fine without covers?

I've seen snails sitting on my power heads before without any issues.

Well if anyone is interested, I still decided to cover them. I went to the LFS to get some mag to dose, and while there I found mini filter socks that are mesh and not the cotton micron filter type. I bought a few and cut them to size and they fit perfect. No big restriction on flow either.
