Ok, I've had two small (4 hour) power outages since I grabbed a single vortec about 6 months ago along with the battery back up and it worked perfectly both times.
Last night we lost power for about 12 hours. When the power first went out, the vortec was working fine. Then when I woke up 4 hours later it was not doing anything. The led was flashing properly, I know I had power, but no vortec. Soon as the power kicked back on, the vortec took off working fine.
Is there something I should check? This is really the only back up and piece of mind I have for the tank and really need to get it back up and running since it's the season
