power outage question

I have a 10g fuge draining into my 45g display tank by bulkhead.

I have a rio 400 pumping water from my display into my 10g. My question is if the power goes out will the pump reverse the flow and start putting water back into my DT and flood sort of like a u-tube siphon.

if the hose that is connected to the Rio is under water in the 10 gal then yes until it suck air into it
