power outage

After a 24 hr power outage the outlets on my energy bar do not work , is there a way to reset these or figure out what is wrong

as in they lost the programming or they are unresponsive? is the status LED green? how about the little white circuit breaker is it popped? it should push back in to reset it.

There must have been a surge when the power came back on. Some power taps have a circuit reset button located somewhere on the unit. You'd just need to push it to reset. Others just use the main on/off switch to reset, just cycle it off then on then check if it works...if these dont fix the problem, are you getting power from the outlet the power tap is plugged into? If not, then you may need to reset the main breaker in your home.

led is green breaker is in and 2 outlets still not working

which two outlets and in what way are they not working? not turning off or not turing on? whats plugged into them?

after switching out the eb8 I had down stairs with the one under the tank, all outlets are working, now the problem is that none of the light timers work and I cant control it from my comp or my iphone anymore
