OK, heard back from our buyer. She spoke with our vendor once more. This is what they told us:

"œWe looked and we already accepted a return on DC12 for this customer from {company name] in [state] and drop shipped him a Vectra L1 from MD wholesale to replace it."​

It sounds like the matter is now solved. However, if that is not the case, by all means let me know so we can continue working together to resolve the matter.
