Powerhead option

Quick question...I'm starting up a 38G w 10G sump mixed reef. It's been running for about 3 months. About a month ago I added a Koralia 2 in one corner to supplement the flow of my sump return. This caused a noticeable improvement in detirus in my rock and sand getting to my skimmer but there is still alot of build up and dead spots. The long and short of it is I'm thinking about adding a second powerhead. Should I add another 2? or a 1? My sand is very fine so I'm worried I'll get too much flow. Any advice would be appreciated. The Koralia has a very diffuse flow, but I agree that another 2 could cause quite a sandstorm in such a small tank if you have decent flow otherwise. If you cannot keep things cleaned up with a turkey baster then you should probably add another powerhead.
