powerhead problem

I've got one maxijet that is refusing to stay "stuck" with the triple suction pad..I can't use the hanging style from where its located. Anyone have quick fixes for this?..Adhesive it to glass underwater?

zip tie it to a cleaner magnet, added bonus is you can move it around to mix things up a bit.

I superglued mine to the overflow!

Problem is its the front left top corner pump. 1 Pump there, 1 Pump in Back Right top corner (opposing the front one) and one more in Back bottom left corner blowing across back of tank. They are all on a wavemaker (Lots of alternating flow so far, although I'm thinking of adding 1 more) The Maxijet 1200's where fine for quick fix and low cost, but I eventually want to try some other set-up.

Try scraping the glass, cleaning the suction cups & softening them in hot water for a few min.

This will usually get things to stick better. growth on the glass & suction cups will make it very difficult to get a strong seal.
