Powerhead Suggestions for a 5 gallon?

I have a 5 gallon tank with about 8 pounds of live rock. I plan on using it for inverts and some coral only. It has a Tetra whisper filter, but I am thinking of adding a powerhead. Is that too much flow? I was looking at either:

I have 2 hydor picos in my 4 gallon. great little pump. does not over power. I had a nano in there but they are too big and blew the sand around too much.

I determined my placement by dropping a few flakes in to see if they settled anywhere. If they did settle on the sand or rock work I changed the placement until I found a good spot. Best of luck.
