Powerheads for a 125g

Well if I could get some ideas that would be greatly appreciated, I was looking for some ideas for powerheads in a 125g and how many. thanks in advance

I have two K-4's (1400GPH) on either side of my tank, plus my return on one of the sides. I have a lion set up, and thinking I may take out the one on the side with the return.

It depends a lot on what you keep too. I know tangs and such need a lot higher flow than others.
