PowerModule not working

Hello,

I purchased a 6x54 dimmable PM last spring. The 2 (bulb) channel circuit has stopped working as of a couple days ago. I've swapped out different bulbs, and have also tried the plug in a different outlet with no luck. Is this product still under warrantee, and how do I about fixing this issue?
