prazi and biosphera interaction?

going to try breaking my QT down ... trying to beat black ich on a yellow tang.

I'm wondering when i set the QT back up for the tang with all new filter media and biosphera will dosing the QT right away with Prazi affect the biosphera or vice versa if those 2 are added at the same time?

I wouldn't think so because Prazi is safe in a DT, maybe someone else knows if not I'd email both manufacturers and ask them.

I don't think Prazi will get rid of the black ich, I'd just do the TTM and see if it works as well on the black ich as it does on the more common ich.

black ich is not actually ich it is a worm parasite.

So you don't think that ich is a parasite? Do what you want and I wish you good luck in getting rid of it.

Prazi I actually found out is supposed to get rid of it but, some say you will need to do freshwater dips as well as treat with either copper or Formalin or hyposalinity.
