My lieutenant tang has flukes and I'm going to treat with prazi I'm just curious do I need to turn my skimmer off? If so for how long?

Yes, turn off your skimmer while you are treating. Five days after your last dose do a water change and turn the skimmer back on.

There should be directions on the bottle.

Per the directions:
Start treatment with as large a water change as practical or start with new water. Any water used should first be conditioned to remove ammonia, chlorine and chloramines. Do not stop filtration, but remove activated carbon and stop foam-fractionation (protein skimming) and UV sterilization.
